Chemical Racks

Chemical Racks

Various cleaning and disinfecting agents are used for cleaning. Regardless of whether they are acidic or alkaline preparations, they must be stored safely, without posing a threat to the food produced or the employees.

For areas with lower safety requirements, an economical series of racks, ECON, can be used. These stainless steel racks allow for stable suspension of canisters, making it easy to maintain floor hygiene. They are available in various sizes for 5, 10, 25, and 2 x 25L canisters.

According to current food safety standards, such as IFS and BRC, cleaning agents should not be present in the production area during the manufacturing process, and free access to them should be eliminated.

The ideal solution is the ULTRA HYGIENIC® secure lockable rack with a Master Key system – one key for all racks within the production facility. Additionally, there are racks for smaller chemical containers, e.g., for hygiene locks or dosing stations – 5L, 10L, 25L, and 2x25L.

Tip

Did you know that food protection is not the same as food safety? It complements it and focuses on safeguarding food resources from intentional contamination by individuals who wish to harm the company or consumers. Undesirable actions can lower the reputation of companies’ brands and, in more drastic situations, lead to the loss of health or life for consumers.
Did you know that the hygienic design and sloped canopy of the ULTRA HYGIENIC® secure rack effectively protect the rack from contamination and the canister from undesirable actions? For racks designed for large canisters, which are heavy and mounted to structurally weak walls, we offer reinforcements for walls or supports made of stainless steel.

Durable and ergonomic accessories for sucking chemicals are not only convenient for everyday use. They are also the safety of satellite stations and the entire installation of the Central Washing System. High-quality suction tubes with replaceable sieves – made entirely of stainless steel – eliminate the possibility of contamination or crystallized chemicals getting inside the injector, thus ensuring its failure-free operation. Suction hoses resistant to aggressive chemicals allow for the free flow of chemicals to satellites, in which non-return valves guarantee the flow of the medium only and exclusively in one direction.
