Every employee involved in the cleaning process, besides durable and ergonomic accessories, also needs appropriate clothing. The safety and health of employees are high priorities for every workplace, which is why our offer includes personal protective equipment such as waterproof aprons and waterproof clothing from ULTRA HYGIENIC®.

ULTRA HYGIENIC® clothing consists of long jackets and bib overalls perfectly tailored for work conditions. cleaning in a food facility is hard work in humidity, with chemical agents, and in unpleasant odors. Waterproof clothing facilitates work and protects employees from getting wet during cleaning processes and contamination from waste. The pants and jackets have numerous reinforcements, protective strips, and ventilation openings. They can be rinsed directly on the employee.

The goal of creating the ULTRA HYGIENIC® product range was primarily to provide our clients with products that completely solve their existing problems and significantly impact hygiene and safety levels in production facilities.

Color Coding

At CleanAccess, we continuously monitor and follow the latest hygiene standards. When designing and creating our products, we strive to adapt them to market needs, especially to HACCP, IFS, and BRC standards. One such solution is the ULTRA HYGIENIC® products available in four colors. They allow for the use of equipment of a specific color only in one zone, completely eliminating the possibility of cross-contamination. In addition to cleaning hoses, color-coded female quick coupling covers are also available, which signal what color of accessories is applicable in a given production area when plugged into a valve or cleaning gun.

Detectability

The risk of product contamination with foreign bodies is currently one of the most dangerous threats. If not detected, they can cause equipment damage, costs associated with product recalls, damage to the company's reputation, and in the worst case, serious consumer injuries. Therefore, we present products detectable by metal and X-Ray detectors. One of them, which has the most frequent contact with the cleaned surface and production machines, is the nozzle cover.

Antimicrobial Properties

The products possess antibacterial and antifungal properties, significantly impacting the cleaning and disinfection process, limiting the possibility of bacteria growth and cross-contamination of the cleaned surface from the nozzle cover. A special antibacterial additive reduces the possibility of bacterial growth, including E. Coli and Staphylococcus Aureus.

Ultra Safety

Accessories used during the cleaning process in sensitive areas such as food processing should guarantee safe and hygienic production of food products. Additionally, these products should feature a hygienic design, ease of cleaning, and safety and durability, allowing savings in time and money related to their replacement and procurement.
