At CleanAccess Sp. z o.o., quality is not just the final product – it is a process that accompanies us from sourcing raw materials to shipping to the customer. Our Quality Department ensures that every product meets the highest standards and the expectations of our business partners, in line with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

We monitor performance indicators, evaluate suppliers, and assess customer satisfaction. All this is to ensure that the production of cleaning system equipment and accessories runs according to customer expectations, guaranteeing high quality and reliability. The quality of our production is confirmed by the company’s certificates and references.

Quality Policy

The Quality Policy of CleanAccess Ltd., operating in the field of design, production, and sales of cleaning system equipment for the food industry, as well as stainless steel equipment for the food industry and CNC services, focuses on ensuring the highest quality products and services for our customers.
 
The Quality Management System is implemented according to ISO 9001:2015 and is linked to business processes through the manufacture and sale of products that meet customer, legal, and internal requirements. The business plan and its processes are part of the Quality Management System. A process-oriented approach is promoted.
 
Every member of our team is responsible for the Quality Management System and is aware of and respects the CleanAccess Quality Policy.
