The ULTRA HYGIENIC® guns and ball valves designed for the Central Foam Cleaning System are made from stainless steel and materials resistant to mechanical damage. As a result, they are extremely durable and efficient, with the interiors of these products resistant to chemical agents.

The main advantages of CSM guns are appropriately large internal cross-sections that do not weaken foam consistency. Some guns are equipped with a progressive trigger, providing a gradual closing system that protects the pump and water installation.

Guns and valves for the central foam cleaning system

The diverse options of these products available in our offer allow for selecting the right solution. They include ready-to-connect lances equipped with female quick couplings in antimicrobial coverings, as well as swivel connections.

ULTRA HYGIENIC® ball valves made of stainless steel are available with a stainless steel cover that protects the handle from damage or uncontrolled twisting. They are perfectly compatible with our male and female quick couplings and rinse and foaming hose ends. Valves come with a handle or lever dedicated to installation. They are hygienic, durable, economical solutions that help conserve water during cleaning processes.

We also offer valves with a rubber cover, which additionally protects workers’ hands when cleaing with hot water.
All nozzles, including those for applying foam, are made exclusively from stainless steel. No brass or plastic nozzles are used.

We also offer long and long curved lances that enable convenient cleaning of hard-to-reach areas. Lances of non-standard lengths can be made on individual order. Lances are suitable for CSM hoses.

Tip

Did you know that the stainless steel valve cover has a hexagonal cut to prevent it from rotating around the valve and to facilitate the use and handling of the valve? The valve is one of the key elements that workers hold in their hands for sometimes several hours. An appropriate ergonomic shape ensures comfort and greater work efficiency.
