Lances and Nozzles for Rinsing and Foaming

Using the appropriate lance for the type of dirt and surface being cleaned during the cleaning process is extremely important. A lance with a correctly calibrated nozzle significantly affects the effectiveness of the cleaning process, shortens its time, and reduces the costs of media consumption – water and chemicals. The water stream angle and flow should be adjusted to the type of surface being cleaned and the stage of the process – rinsing, foam application, disinfection.

ULTRA HYGIENIC® Lances and Nozzles

They are designed for rinsing, disinfection, and foam application in central foam cleaning systems. They are available with three different types of shields: antimicrobial, color-coded, and detectable by metal detectors or X-ray. The antimicrobial shields protect the nozzle from rapid bacterial growth. The world’s first shield with additional detectability allows it to be detected by metal detectors and X-ray machines. The hexagonal shape of all the shields ensures ease of use and protects the lance from rolling on inclined surfaces.

The lance shields are made from a material with added antimicrobial properties that inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungi.

All nozzles, including foam applicators, are made exclusively from stainless steel. Brass or plastic nozzles are not used.
We also offer long and curved long lances that enable comfortable cleaning of hard-to-reach places. Custom-made lances of non-standard lengths are available on request. The lances are compatible with CSM hoses.

Tip

Did you know that rinsing should always be done with the appropriate lance? Rinsing from a female quick coupler or directly from the valve causes more water consumption and lowers work efficiency. Quick couplers may be damaged by rinsing the seals.
